With more than 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry and luxury hospitality, I have dedicated my career to creating businesses with a clear identity, high aesthetic standards and meaningful commercial value.
Today, I work as a Hospitality & Gastro Bar Consultant, collaborating with hotels, restaurants, cocktail bars and investment groups in Greece and abroad.

My love for the craft, my continuous pursuit of knowledge and my deep understanding of hospitality quickly led me to leadership and strategic roles.

Five years as co-owner and project manager.
For more than five years, I was Co-owner and Project Manager of Esperisma Bar Restaurant.
During my time there, the project received significant international recognition, including:

In 2025, I created Marilyn Bar Santorini.
